Interview
You apply. They call and did a quick phone interview with you, nothing to serious though. You do a group interview with at least 5 other candidates and they usual choose the candidate that shines the most. After you are selected from the group interview you interview with the service mgr one on one. After that new hire paper work, then checking skills class, then training to sell alcohol and tobacco. Then you are officially an HEB partner. Until your classes are complete they might have you bag.

Interview
I applied the day the post was going to be taken down. And went in the next day to check on the status of my application. They took my name down and said they haven't gone over them yet. And so about a week later I got a call asking me to come in for the interview. My interviewer was very nice, we talked about Heb and asked me about myself. And of course she asked the usual question why Heb, and where do you see yourself in five years. After the interview was over, she thanked me for coming in and said I should hear back in a week or so for the second interview. I ended up hearing back the next day and had that interview the following day with the GM of the store. We talked for a bit, and went over some pictures and than the interview was done and before I left the office, I was told congratulations your hired and see you on Monday.
