the stores don't have an appropriate setting to interview candidates so they conducted interviews at a local restaurant.

Interview
There was a group interview as well as two individual ones. They would ask questions of the group and liked people that spoke up. One person mainly spoke during the interview and the other person recorded responses and who was speaking. You were identified as colors to avoid bias. The individual ones were just regular interviews
