Interview
The interview was a group interview which began with about 6 people and 2 superiors. They first asked the group a series of questions and then we had to split into pairs and come up with solutions for situations that may arise in the store. Then we headed into the shop floor with a description of a person and their outfit needs and we had to present an example of an outfit with accessories to the rest of the group. The interview finished with a 1 on 1 where they asked you what hours you could do.

What are the sister companies of H&M? How would you describe your sense of style?
Group interview with about 15 people, it was very casual and calm, not a lot of pressure.
They got back to us at the end of the week so we weren’t waiting long to find out if we got the job or not. The employers were very professional and polite and made a few jokes to calm the nerves.

Applied online, called me the day after. Arranged an interview for the next couple of days and got offered the job on the spot. Asked basic interview questions - I got the job because I seemed passionate about wanting to work for H&M and I said I would be proud to work for a good company.
