First, I did a phone call interview with one of the managers. Then I was asked to come in for an in-person interview where I was offered the job on the spot.

During mass-recruitment period, interview was conducted in a team-role play kind of direction. Felt that they were observing how we interact and work together in a team despite everyone being relatively unknown with each other.
