I applied in-person. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at H&R Block (Wheaton, MD) in Dec 2015
Interview
The interview was quite less intensive. The questions I had to answer were very intelligent and easy to answer. Although I did not wore the proper clothing as I walked into the interview, I had gotten the job as I handed them my resume and explained to them clearly of my skills and interests.
I applied online and received a response very quickly. Had one interview where I was asked pretty basic interview questions about what I was looking for in a job. It was a part time seasonal position so the process was very lowkey.

Interview
They responded fairly quickly to my application to set up an interview. I felt a bit bombarded in compliments and they sent me an offer suspiciously quickly. Other than that, the interview was a total breeze.
