On the island of Hawaii, neighbors consider the William Charles Lunalilo Playground in Kona a fixture in the community. Commonly known as "Blue Park," the space is located near a soccer field and gets heavy usage but fell into disrepair over time. As part of the community’s efforts to make the park safer and more inclusive, they applied for and were awarded a Make Every Block Better grant. Through the grant, H&R Block and Nextdoor provided new musical-themed play equipment and volunteered with neighbors to repaint metal structures and slides to make the park a more welcoming place.

Remote with a flexible schedule and no micro-managing. Managers, supervisors, co-workers, and even employees from other departments are always willing to help you. Holidays off. Love the culture ofCons
The only con is that it is a seasonal position. Also because of that, you don't get benefits. I wish they would open this to full-time instead of seasonal for employees that perform well and wish toAdvice to Management
