  • Big thank you to the more than 10,000 associates who participated in a fundraising effort called Jeans for Jude, benefiting St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital. As part of that effort, a few members of our leadership team toured the Memphis based campus to get a first-hand look at all the work that goes into caring for children with cancer and other life-threatening diseases.

  • To help assist the city of New Orleans with the cleanup of Mardi Gras celebrations, we have opened our doors for anyone wanting to recycle the famous Mardi Gras beads. Over the years, beads have become the most coveted item during this holiday.

    Now through the end of today, visit us in New Orleans as we host a drive to help collect and recycle these beads. In the past, New Orleans has struggled to keep the excess beads out of storm drains, which has caused flooding problems.

Our Corporate Office

Medical Coverage

H&R Block will extend the opportunity to enroll in a company sponsored medical plan to those seasonal associates who satisfy the eligibility guidelines of the Affordable Care Act (ACA). H&R Block's medical benefit satisfies the affordability and coverage requirements outlined in the ACA.

Retirement Plans

Upon meeting the eligibility requirements, seasonal associates may participate in the H&R Retirement Savings Plan 401(k). In addition, seasonal associates may qualify to participate in the Employee Stock Purchase Plan if they meet the eligibility requirements for that plan.


Seasonal associates are also eligible for H&R Block's discount program, Buy and Save. This is an online program offering meaningful discounts on many products and services that associates use every day.

    I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at H&R Block (San Diego, CA) in December 2018.


    Applied online and got a callback from the recruiter the same day. We did a preliminary phone interview, and then another callback the same day to schedule an in-person interview. A few days later I did the in-person interview, where two senior team leads conducted it. They described the position clearly, were upfront about the work and pay, and asked questions about experiences I had working with others and tech in general.
