Very laid back, asked about myself and described the position. Went over my resume to discuss my background and fit for the position. Followed by an opportunity to ask questions about the positions as well as answer specific questions about myself and ability to perform position duties

Interview
They were very quick in responding to my application. They contacted me 2 working days after i applied. Set up for the initial phone interview was very simple. It was over pretty quick. Not a good fit.
