I applied online. I interviewed at HCA Healthcare (Miami, FL)
Interview
I got a phone interview with a recruiter and then they pretty much ask you the basics -- "tell me about yourself" "what units are you interested in" "what shifts are you opened to"
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at HCA Healthcare in Nov 2021
Interview
They have a lot of recruiters so that gets confusing. I interviewed with three hiring managers and heard back from most of them within a day or two. Most were nice with standard interview questions “tell me about yourself” “tell me about a time you felt challenged” “why do you want to work here” ect. Very generic but most managers were nice.
