Interview
The interview process was very unorganized. They had me come in three different days with three different people who really didnt have much to offer. Its all about politics here, so it was a big waste of time when they knew already who they were going to hire to fill the position.

Pretty laid back phone screen. The lady was polite and cordial. Took almost a week to hear back. If you are urgent then don’t bother trying to contact them they will reach out to you.
There were five interviews. The first one was a quick introductory call to make sure you passed the initial screening, the second interview was with the hiring manager, the third interview was with the Asst. CFO, the fourth interview was with two Senior FAs on the team, and the last interview was a panel interview with the operations team.
