I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at HD Supply in Oct 2020
Interview
Had an initial phone call with HR, then an hour long call with the manager for position. After that were two 30-minute Zoom calls with the manager's boss and the team I'd be working with.
Very poor offer process. The company interviews were fine but after the final interview, they hounded me with calls to get me to accept the offer. When I did accept, I tried to negotiate the salary up on a call with HR because it was far below average. Next call I got was telling me they had moved on with the 2nd best candidate and he had accepted the offered compensation.
