5 person interview, including me. Lots of questions about what I wanted from the position and what I have to offer HDR. They also asked about projects at school. Most of the people in my interview also went to UNCC

Internal recruiter sent email to set up interview with principals and team. Day of interview 2 principals, 1 pm, and 1 architect conducted interview. No time for questions. Conversation centered around firm culture, firm market reach, and how it is working there.
