Three total interviews. One with HR, one over the phone with hiring manager, then one in person with hiring manager and a few others. All interviews were straight forward and was just your typical interview.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at HDR (Toronto, ON) in May 2019
Interview
Received confirmation about the interview after applying, scheduled a day for the interview, and went for the in person interview at the head office in Toronto for a 1-hour block. Overall, fairly reasonably timed and the interview questions were fair.
