Interview
The team was able to accommodate virtual meetings which was very nice. They also offered in-person option, but virtual worked better for my situation. Virtual meeting was for 30 minutes with two members of the HDR team. The meeting was set up within a week of receiving a notice that they'd be interested in setting a time up to chat. Overall, HDR was very responsive and made the process very easy.

Jump a couple of levels in terms of interviews. Needs a solid work experience and skills. Technical questions will be asked and took about a month to get final response.
