      Roadway Design Intern Interview

      Jan 14, 2025
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at HDR

      Interview

Relaxed style, asked about previous and current classes. Asked about what was on resume. Be prepared to discuss what relevant classes you took and what you did in them as well as your activities and other details on resume. 2 people conducted it, they did most of the talking. Seems like they're mostly gaging your personality and how you'll fit into the office. If they offered an interview, they're interested in you. Research the company a little and have a question or two for them. There isn't much to expect from an incoming intern, you are usually a blank sheet and will gain experience and knowledge from the internship.
