First job out of college. Interview was with two managers and was mostly personality based. Did ask some questions about how I approach problems and previous work experience. I didn’t ask any questions at the time. I would recommend asking some details about the position such as workload, training available, etc.

It was a call over the phone. They asked some questions about me, why I wanted to work there, and so on. I thanked them at the end of it.
