Interview
The process of the interview was very long and felt confusing.
There were a total of 3 interviews - a screening call with HR, a video interview with 4 members of the team you would potentially work with & then another interview with other people. It was a bit confusing because there was no transparency at the end or during the process.

Interview
I applied online and followed up with a call to HR Recruiting Manager. The manager was not helpful and told me they would call if interested. I decided to send my Resume to the Principal in charge of Interior Design. They immediately scheduled an interview and hired me.
