Interviewer expect you to define numbers in business terms,with out knowing the business context how can one suggest algorithm,share wastage of time,donot attent interview if specifiaclly the the hiring function is supply chain

3 rounds of interview , one with a junior person followed by 1 with an expert in the domain and finally the hiring manager.
Hiring manager was behavioral and cultural fit.

It was a very informal phone interview, asked basic questions but no real technical aspect. Friendly interviewer but not a data scientist. Overall it was an extremely simple interview process.

3 rounds, 1st HR, 2nd technical, 3rd, onsite: 5 hours with 6 people.
Overall, the process was okay, but very slow.
One of the interviewers did not have a clue about what he was asking, and clearly was not at the same level as other.
HR experience was just okay.
