Very relaxed, conversation with 3 managers in a roundtable atmosphere. They shared the internships and the position had responsibilities to each of the sales divisions. This allowed me to get a sense of how they worked together.
It was quick, a phone call and two teams interviews. One with former interns and one with managers. Found it an enjoyable and easy process, had to give a presentation on a brand that i enjoyed their marketing.

The first step is HR sends an email and schedule the phone interview.
After that, the CMO manager's assistant would check the meeting time and then we would have a video interview.
