Was really easy - just a conversation about my background and applicable skills. Interviewer gave overview of the position and what was required. Came on board as a temp, worked for 3 months and went full time. Also note: Glassdoor only offers date options back to 2011 for some reason. I actually interviewed for HQ in 2002.
