The recruiter I dealt with was extremely communicative and open about the hiring process. We spoke on the phone as well as communicated via email. Later, when I was advanced to the next stage of hiring, the hiring manager was very personable and wanted to have a genuine conversation instead of just relying on stock questions.

Two, about 30 minute, in-person interviews and an in-depth background check. Typical interview questions, flowed like a normal conversation. Don't park in a reserved spot and look for elevator numbers 1-5 Marc and Diane are very pleasant!
