Interview
The interview process was conducted in two stages. The first round was telephonic, in which only basic questions were asked. The second round was a video interview with two managers, which was more detailed and took more than 30 minutes. The interview process was great, as the managers were really friendly. Even though I was tensed before the interview, the way the interviewers interacted helped me to ease of some pressure.

Almost all of the questions were situational. Ex: Describe a situation when you had to follow policies or rules, even though it was difficult.
The interview was conducted virtually over Microsoft Teams and lasted approximately 30 minutes. It followed a fairly standard format, with questions focused on my experience, the role’s expectations, and how I would contribute.

Great! I had 1 phone interview with a leader and an in person interview with a branch manager. The interview questions were causal, it was very conversational, it was a very comfortable experience.
