Basic Questions none were too difficult and it was a fairly easy process but training on the other hand wasn’t the best in my opinion people could have been more hands on and understanding
Very easy, dropped off an application in person and they called me in for an interview me a couple days later. Hired me on the spot after some questions about customer service experience and availability.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Hallmark (Kansas City, KS) in May 2019
Interview
Easy and personable one-on-one chat with the store manager. Topics included skills, background, knowledge of the company. It was short, but gave me a good sense of the position. Nothing too difficult; very traditional interview questions.
