Interview process was an interesting yet bittersweet one, there was an assignment, had a virtual round with the Head of People, CTO and again an in person interview with the Head of People, CTO and CEO. While it was good to have an intensive interview process as there was a holistic understanding of the business and its direction, what was really disappointing was not getting a feedback from the panel, after the in person interview despite follow-ups. What was particularly surprising was that the Head of People was extremely warm to me all through the interview process. A brand like Haptik with such an innovative offering in the AI world can do better with the whole candidate experience aspect. Candidates invest their time for the whole interview process, including the assignment bit, the least the panel could do is provide a candida feedback. Nonetheless, wishing nothing but the best for the organization's journey!
