After online application: Received a phone call from Hiring Manager. Basic job related questions (Resume was very detailed describing career background and a trained monkey could understand my years of experience associated with the job). HM ended phone call by asking me if I owned a motorcycle (No, I do not). Couple of days later received a call from HR to set up a F2F. Hiring Manager and HR attended F2F (2 hrs long...thank God I asked for a glass of water before we started talking.), Not bad interview: covered career experiences and discussed matching points for the desired position, skills, etc. Couple of days later received a phone call to go back and meet the Director. 30 minutes meeting, not much to ask him and I mentioned that the HM did a great job covering everything I needed to know during panel interview (not really..I had more relevant questions for him than the other way around). I did ask 3 or 4 questions to the Director just to keep up with the conversation. He ended the interview asking me the same question asked by the HM: Do you own a motorcycle?
