Interview process was very professional and quick. Began with phone interview followed up by onsite. Onsite consisted of two group interviews. Interviewer asked prepared questions and the two groups questions differed.

Describe a time when there was disagreement about a decision I was involved with and how did we resolve it.
Started at a career fair where they took my resume, then got a call about the interview the next morning. A single one-on-one interview, asked a total of 6 questions to determine leadership skills, self drive and the willingness to learn.
