I had a great experience with the recruiter. The recruiter help me understand the culture of the organization and my coworkers. The interviews went well and I felt like this was the right choice. I felt like they gave good answers for how they would provide training to be on my skill set in the future.

Phone call with recruiter. after few days video interview was schedule. video interview was taken by panel. Half of the technical questions and half behavioral questions. Discussed the technical expertise and previous job experience.

I was scheduled for an interview and had to take leave for a couple hours but they didn’t call me no further follow up calls or emails to explain why they wasted my time. They are unbelievably unprofessional I have been interviewed for many jobs but never have been treated such poorly. Please respect your candidates time and let them know in advance if you want to cancel an scheduled interview. They wasted three hours of my accrued vacation leave time !!!

I applied online through Harmonia's site. I then had a 30 minute phone interview. After the phone interview I had a onsite interview with 5 leads. After talking to the leads I went and interviewed with the VP onsite. Everybody was friendly and open to all my questions.

Went for Face to Face, job description mainly concentrates on development, but they are looking for 50% admin and 50% developer. It was more technical and interviewed in deep. Need to have overall experience with SharePoint like an architect level. Interviewer has very good knowledge in development and administration as well.

Applied online via their website. I was contacted within 24 hours for a quick technical screening interview, scheduled in-person interview for two days later. Second interview was deep technical with a technical manager and a technical peer. Questions were challenging. Passed. Third interview was in a day, with Program Manager. Told would revert after checking references. Got a call from COO for a quick 5 minute "culture-fit" call, offer made later that day. Total process was very quick.

The interview process is tough but thorough. There are three rounds of interviews, first with the HR, second with the technical experts on the team and the third with the company management. Cultural fit is critical to the company's management. Interviews are generally an hour long and every possible area is covered.
