I have initially applied online on Harrodscareers.com. Their website is very user-friendly and the process is quite straightforward. A lot of information is provided on their HR processes regarding the various types of jobs the company offers. After 4 days, I have received an email to select online a time slot for a 30-minute phone interview with one of their HR consultants. I booked mine for the following day. The recruiter was right on time, friendly and made me feel very comfortable. She called me back the following week to schedule an interview with the manager and head of department. The interview was an initial conversation with some behaviour questions followed by a small exercice of proofreading. The HR consultant called me back 3 days later to announce me that I have got the job! I was very impressed by the quality, efficiency and speed of the hiring process.
