I did interview through skype, as I was in Japan at the time of interview, and I am not convenient to travel to US for interview. previous work presentation using PPT. all lab member gathered together, ask you questions about your work. mainly focus on the work you have done, and maybe something about how it connect to the work you want to do if you get the offer. after the presentation, you may have to chance to talk to the lab member without the PI in present. You may ask questions if you are interested.

The position was for post doctoral fellowship with external funding, The PI was professional during the interview but completely disengaged and dismissive. Rather confused why they even bothered to interview candidates they are not interested in.

The interview place in a room with several senior fellows who asked about my current and future research and plans. Nice conversation and reasonable questions. I enjoyed the interview experience .
Interview was one day of meetings, plus job talk. 30 minute long meetings, 45 minutes job talk. I had to provide title and graphics to promote the talk the week before.
