Katharine is the consummate professional and excellent at assessing a candidate’s skills, strengths, character, and whether or not an individual will be a good fit and highly successful in the specific role she is seeking to fill. As a candidate who personally worked with Katharine during the hiring process, I can attest that she was very thorough in explaining the role and responsibilities of the position as well as taking the time to share insights about the organization itself and as its unique culture. She definitely has a knack for gaining a candidate’s interest and efficiently moving them into the interviewing process while always remaining very personable throughout the entire experience. took about two weeks. multiple interviews. questions are not that hard. it was simple and easy since this is beginners role. It did not really provide me with a proper knowledge of the job i was being hired to do.
