Interview
Phone interview followed by in person interview. I was never asked any questions during either "interview." They were desperate enough to fill the position that they didn't care who I was.
Interview and discussion with lead registered dietitian and then with regional dietitian manager. First screening is usually done prior. Depending on your experience, can be quick process and not a lot of questions.

Interview
Application response was quick and professional. There as a phone screening that was relaxed with a follow up interview offered after the phone interview. I haven’t received an offer yet but the experience has been very positive so far.
