Initial interview done with recruiter. They just want to make sure that you are open, flexible and positive. Followed by interview with regional director and dentist in office that you will be working or mentor dentist. They are really big on great personalities make great dentists.

Interview
First discussed with a recruiter via a phone call regarding the organization and general expectations. Then, a follow-up interview was scheduled with the regional manager and a site visit thereafter.
It was very intimidating since it was a group interview for me. A lot of follow up questions so be prepare for those. People seemed nice though just the interview was kinda hard

The interview process was very easy. I first spoke to the recruiter. Next, they took me on a tour to multiple dental offices in need of a dentist in the surrounding area. At the end, I then interviewed with a doctor and office manager.
