I tried to get a job as a working student marketing assistant. Unfortunately, I didn't get it because I wasn't considered to have enough experience. The communication process was ok, not sure how differentiated the tasks would have been. But being a working student sounded good.
Short period project. It was very quick, met one person from HR and another from the marketing team. They asked me about myself, my experience, we spoke about the position and I felt comfortable.
The interview process was not hard.
I had 2 interviews in the morning:
1. Interview with CTO (around 30 minutes)
2. Interview with Team Lead (around 1 hour)
Then I got an offer in the evening.
