Got a call from the sales manager, she was friendly and then offered me the job. Just be yourself and be genuine knowing that this is a sales position that you will be doing outside field sales around town.

After applying through LinkedIn I was contacted by external recruiting company then scheduled for in person meeting with sales manager. He looked over my resume and asked about my interests and relationship with sales.

I applied online and was quickly contacted to schedule an in-person interview. The interview took place in their office and was fairly quick and easy. Be sure to ask a lot of questions because the position is not exactly what is described online. Overall, I was really surprised with how quick the process was and how soon they got back to me.

Question 1
Would I be comfortable with the pay structure (commission based)
Had a phone interview with a recruiter for a Brand Ambassador position. She said you needed to have totally open availability, including nights and weekends. I was told that they have very aggressive sales goals you needed to hit. She talked about the commission structure, which didn't seem that high. I ask her what the base pay was. She told me $10 an hour and I ended the interview. Who's going to give their totally open availability to a company that pays them $10 an hour?
