Interview
I had a call with a recruiter (who for me was also the hiring manager). Then I was given a take-home test to assess sourcing and Excel skills. Then a competence/behavioural interview with two technical recruiters. Finally an interview with the Director of TA for Tech.

First interview 1hr with a Recruiter. In this case, it was the hiring manager as well. Then they send you a case study, consisting of a test that tests your Excel skills and a test that tests your sourcing and outreach skills
