A staff recruiter will contact you and set up an initial meeting if they feel there could be a fit. After that you will meet with the hiring manager and if that goes well you will meet with a few employees whom make up the team that you would be eventually working with if hired. You may have another meeting with either the recruiter or hiring manager before a decision is finally made.
