I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Hertz
Interview
Hertz kept my resume at the University of Miami's career fair. Got email after about 10 days and had my interview with two interviewers, overall it's a good experience, the atmosphere was relaxed and questions are not making me stressful.

Question 1
Briefly go through my resume and they will ask behavior questions based on your resume.
I applied online. I interviewed at Hertz (Saint Petersburg, FL) in Feb 2021
Interview
The Interview was a little over 2 hours. It started with a fairly simple excel case. Basically looking to see if you know basic excel functions. The interview also consisted of a few brain teasers to see how you solve problems. Nothing to get to worked up about.

Question 1
If a bowling ball was dropped from the middle of the ocean how long would it take to fall to the ocean floor?
Screening, phone call to hiring managers, then on-site.
Hiring managers are nice, but HR is VERY unprofessional. HR was two hours late in the first round screening, without any notice. The on-site was also rescheduled a lot which interfered with my other interviews.

Question 1
One case study during the on-site, a few math questions. Others are behavior questions.
