Title: Unpleasant Experience with Hertz Mexico's Interview Process I recently had the unfortunate experience of going through the interview process with Hertz Mexico, and I must say it was highly disappointing. From start to finish, the entire process left much to be desired. Firstly, the communication was abysmal. It took an unnecessarily long time to receive any response regarding the status of my application. The lack of timely updates or even acknowledgment of my efforts made the process frustrating and unprofessional. During the actual interview, I found the interviewers to be disinterested and unprepared. It was evident that they hadn't thoroughly reviewed my resume, as they asked generic questions that did not relate specifically to my qualifications. Moreover, their demeanor was unengaging, creating a negative atmosphere that made it difficult to showcase my skills and experience effectively. The interview process lacked transparency as well. There was minimal information provided about the company culture, job expectations, or potential career growth within the organization. This lack of clarity left me questioning whether Hertz Mexico truly values its employees and invests in their professional development. To add insult to injury, the feedback following the interview was vague and unhelpful. I was not provided with constructive criticism or specific reasons for not moving forward in the process, leaving me in the dark about areas where I could potentially improve. In conclusion, my experience with Hertz Mexico's interview process was far from positive. The lack of communication, unprepared interviewers, and overall lack of transparency left me with a sour impression of the company's commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. I would caution prospective candidates to carefully consider whether this is the type of organization they want to be a part of before investing time in the application and interview process.

Very good. Thoroughly callback to check in and update status throughout the process. Asked some scenarios based on customer service solutions to understand how you respond in stressful situations. Give examples of how you have helped a difficult customer in the past?
- Q: Explanation of how you handled difficult customers and or how you handle customer satisfaction?

It was quick and easy for me. The Interview was about 30 minutes and had the usual questions. They wanted to know why you want to work there, and how you treat customers.

Recruiter was very relaxed and slightly unprofessional. Did phone screen and then interview with a Director. Recruiter said it would not be a technical interview. The Director was late to the interview. Was also very dismissive and seemed distracted. Also, asked vague technical questions and who not provide clarification when asked. Not someone who seems like a good boss to work for. Recruiter ghosted afterwards.
- Mostly standard interview questions but also asked how to turn on a feature in Azure.

I entered the interview process for theProduct Manager role at Hertz with high expectations, given the company's reputation. Unfortunately, the experience was far from smooth and left me questioning the organization's professionalism. Scheduling and Communication: The initial scheduling was straightforward, thanks to the recruiter. However, the issues began when the hiring manager rescheduled the interview on the day it was supposed to happen. While rescheduling can be understandable, the lack of communication that followed was not. No-Show Instances: The first rescheduled interview resulted in a no-show from the hiring manager. I received no apology or explanation for the absence. I had to reach out to the recruiter a few times to get a response. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, I rescheduled the interview for a second time. Yet, history repeated itself—another no-show, again with zero communication from the hiring manager or anyone else on the team. Professionalism: The lack of respect for a candidate's time is a red flag. It's disheartening to prepare for an interview, block out the time, and then be left hanging not once, but twice. The absence of any follow-up or apology only adds insult to injury. While I was initially excited about the opportunity at Hertz, this experience has been a letdown. The interview process—or lack thereof—has been unprofessional and disorganized, leaving me skeptical about the company's internal culture. If you're considering a role at Hertz, I'd recommend being cautious and prepared for potential hiccups in the interview process.

In person, one on one interview with basic questions. The first interview was with the area manager, who sent me to a second, same day interview with one of the local branches with another branch manager.

Literally, I was on time he was not ready. I waited when he was available he explained the position to me. He did not ask me any questions I said wow this is the easiest interview I’ve ever had I started to sell myself. Things that he might need to know about the position in my experience he said they’re quietly and smiled. And that was it the worst interview I’ve ever had because he showed no interest. The office was dark and messy in the sales room. They were very unwelcoming and unfriendly when I went to sit down so I’m glad that I don’t work there. There is all about three employees there. It was like a dark dungeon I said to myself if they call me With the job offer, I won’t accept it. I was meant for greater.
- None just sat there. That’s why I was like OK and I started to sell myself to tell him more about me. Why would you reach out for me to come to an interview and you don’t interview me it wasn’t like I didn’t look professional because I am a professional, I dressed and acted like like a professional! HMMMMM
