Had a great interview experience. The staff was incredible and supportive throughout the whole process. When we had scheduling issues they were flexible. One thing is that you must be prepared.

Rigorous process, but meant to select the highest quality candidate. Everyone is extremely nice and follows up quickly. Starts with a phone screen, and then sometimes there is a second phone interview before the in-person interview.
- Be prepared to answer questions about our equity mission - we take it very seriously, and it will come up in the interview regardless of the role.

Odd, very disjointed, asked questions about personal life more than professional experience. Hired someone with no experience. Irma the interviewer was very helpful, was very up front about role and what was expected from staff.
- Where do I like to go out on the weekends.

The application process is fairly similar to most others I've participated in. During the online application they ask you to distill an incredibly complicated question about the systemic contributions to the opportunity gap into 260 words. I revived two interviews then they "restructured" and closed the job. Then reopened the job and I received an on site interview. I found them to be positive but patronizing, welcoming but haughty. They did not seem to understand the qualifications I brought to the job which were from a different field from which they typically hire.
- They gave me a review of my sample lesson and asked me to comment on their review.

Role playing was awkward, many interviews for a teaching position. Some people seem to have less interviews, so it is pretty inconsistent within the network. Staff were responsive to communication.
