Interview
TLDR; Hard swerve
An uber woke HR led series of 3 interviews.
1) A phone call with HR.
2) On-site with Head of Development. Given a challenging technical scenario and 15 minutes to prepare your solution. HoD then questioned you about your solution. HR asked more questions.
3) A phone call with team lead and 2 x HR
I feel so blessed that I didn’t get the job.
