Applied online. Got an email a week later from the HR person saying they would like to move ahead with a 60 min technical call. The call is just like the other reviews here - same set of questions. It seems like they make candidates use their software for the interview process to just talk big about its features and showcase various aspects of it. I opted to not install random-ware on my system and went with a phone call instead. If this is a way to boost analytics - its a really poor approach.
The interviewer spent 25 mins just going over details about the software and its features. Some time was given to discuss team structure and internal practices. Over-all an easy interview. Seemed to go very well as I was able to answer all the questions.
The next day interviewer claimed there was not a good fit.
