Interview
The assessment day was during the whole day consisting of individual and group tasks. One was about your ability to work in a team. The second was typical background and behavioral questions after self presentation. The third one evaluated your ability to solve business cases. The last one was dedicated to role play with one of interviewers in order to analyze your leadership qualities.
