I had recruiter who help me to connect with Hilton when they are need of marketing analyst position. I had a phone interview with them asking what's my previous experience and what computer languages do I use. They need person who is expert on SQL but I wasn't. So, I ask them to lower the salary and put me into entry position. They said interview are going to be about 4 hours with company presentation, interview, and some kind of test session.
