Trade test which involved a back neck and shoulder massage, file and polish. Followed by questions such as how long did you study at college. Then a tour of the spa.

Very thorough and professional
Time difference can become an issue when comes to needing references asap also have to listeb very carefully due to language barriers to ensure flow of interview.
Now medical and refernces have to be cleared for next process also a police check but i recieved an offer prior to interview
