The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Hilton (Addison, TX) in Jun 2013
Interview
There is the initial phone interview followed by an on site interview. Pretty standard questions on both. There is a test. You are asked various scenarios where you read the issue outloud and then preform some minimal calculations. Fairly straight forward

Question 1
Typical questions.. decscribe your work experience, what was the hardest or most challenging issue you faced etc.
I first had a call. Then I had 3 different tests (english test, logic and personnality). At the end I had an interview by skype.
The english test was very difficult. The logic test was a bit hard. I recomment to do some exercices to train yourself before.

Question 1
Do I know Shanghai ? Do I know what is the meaning of the job title?
Good communication, easy process, comfortable and covid protocols in place, gave good detail on job and what it was entailing. There was no confusion and they were open to plenty of questions.
I applied through college or university. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Hilton (Stillwater, OK) in Nov 2015
Interview
Very quick process, strange first interview followed by a phone interview then a case study. They mentioned that there were nearly 100 other positions of the same one, which seemed to work as an intimidation factor. Also, the case study was relatively easy, just felt slightly rushed.
