Long winded. Communication was not easy with so much automation . It lacked human interaction. This experience would have been much improved with a little more personal service and direct contact. The whole thing felt sterile. I imagine you would feel faceless working there.

Interview
I applied for the position in mid August 2024 and waited for 3 weeks for an invitation to participate in an HireVue interview.
The invitation was sent to me at around 8 a.m. in the morning, and was told that I have 3 working days to finish the video interview. But then on the same day at around 8 at night, an unsuccessful email was sent to me and the HireVue interview was cancelled.
No explanation was given whatsoever, I was already preparing for the interview. Huge disappointment for such a huge brand for delivering such a bad candidate experience, demonstrating how badly they managed HR related activities.

Very pleasant and very positive. I have got phone interview and in-person interview. It was a standard interview with classic questions like Tell me about yourself, why do you choose this company, why do you apply for this role?
