I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Hilton (Cranston, RI) in Nov 2015
Interview
I sat down for HireVue. It was completely new to me and took me a while to familiarize myself with it before actually getting enough courage to go into the interview. All the questions are very focused on your interest in the company and the hospitality field. There were also some behavioral questions. Basically try to sleep well the night before the interview so that you look good on screen, dress professionally in front of the camera, smile. Be calm, think and answer. I didnt get an offer because I was not well prepared for it and I was not suitable for the company's vision either I guess.

Interview
I applied online and did a virtual interview. What you do is read the question and record your answer then it moves onto to the next question. They asked basic questions and it was fairly easy.

The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Hilton (New Orleans, LA)
Interview
I sent in my resume and cover letter and after about two weeks they requested that I complete a hireview interview! Online, asks between 5-10 questions. It is a little daunting, as you have to speak to yourself on the computer screen.
