It was only online. Filled the online application and updated my CV. Response was very quickly done and I appreciated that though I didn't qualify. Based on the interview, I tend to think they hired someone who was already in UAE Dubai. Myself I was applying from Africa - KENYA. There should be a policy to hire even outside UAE.
