My resume was found by a recruiter who contacted me & asked me to come in for an interview. The interview lasted about 15 min. The recruiter asked me questions & then left the room for me to film a short clip of myself answering the below question. She basically told me exactly what to say in the video clip before she left the room. The video is passed on to the managers in the call transfer department & they decide if they want to hire you.
