Easy, submitted application, came in and chatted with management, waited for background check to come back and hired the longest thing was waiting for the background check and I just checked in every week with management while I waited.

The hiring manager brought me into the back office to look over my resume from Indeed and he said he was impressed by my background in account receivables and front desk at another Holiday Inn. We spent about 20 minutes discussing my background and then he offered me the position. He was a little bit disorganized with getting my paperwork together especially the W 4 information, but I think it was because he was still being trained in his position.

Very quick and straightforward. Mostly questions about your experience in the business And your expectation of the job. You find out very quickly if you have the job or not.
He asked me about my past jobs and experience.... Told me about the hourly wage, introduced me to the front office manager which I loved and hired me on the spot...
