I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at HomeGoods (Scottsdale, AZ) in Feb 2016
Interview
Completed the written application and participated in a one-on-one 30-minute interview with the operations manager. It was a very straightforward interview with basic behavioral and situational questions asked.
My interview was a group interview with the manager, and two other applicants. Questions were easy and interview was quick. Asked the basics, such as why I want to work there, and a time I dealt with a confrontation and how I solved it.

Why did I want to work there, and a time I dealt with a confrontation and how I solved it?
They have wonderful, welcoming staff who chatted with me while I waited and the manager I spoke to made me feel entirely at ease. One staff member complimented my shoes and several of them checked to make sure I had been helped. It was an amazing experience.

It was a super easy process, you get a email sent to you with an invitation for an interview you set up a date you go in you have your interview. If you do good they’ll give you a call back for orientation and that’s when you get the job.
